3. User Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information when requesting services.
- Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting caregivers.
- Caregivers are responsible for maintaining required certifications, licenses, and insurance where applicable.
4. No Medical Services
We do not provide medical, nursing, or healthcare services. Clients should consult licensed medical professionals for medical-related concerns.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for services are handled directly between clients and caregivers. Harmony Home Care Connections LLC does not process payments on behalf of caregivers and is not responsible for any payment disputes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Home Care Connections LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Home Care Connections LLC from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of California before resorting to litigation.
